DustersDen Return & Exchange Policy

At DustersDen, every hoodie is made to order, printed specifically for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Buyers Remorse

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your order.


Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace an item at no cost to you if:

  • Product Arrives Damaged
  • There is a manufacturing or printing error
  • You revieve the wrong item

If any of the above happens, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A short description of the problem

Once approved, Printify will reprint and ship a replacement.
